Walchin’s Containerized Water Treatment Plants, also known as Mobile Water Treatment and Purification Systems, offer a flexible and reliable solution for various water treatment needs. These systems are fully installed within containers, making them easy to transport and deploy wherever needed.
Our containerized plants come in 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft containers, depending on the required capacity. For larger capacities (above 15,000 LPH), we can separate the pretreatment tanks and reverse osmosis units into two or more containers to optimize space and performance.
Key Features of Containerized Water Treatment Plants:
Versatility: Our containerized systems can treat all types of water sources, with our containerized seawater reverse osmosis (RO) plants being especially popular in areas with limited access to fresh water.
Mobile and Easy to Transport: Whether it’s for a temporary installation or for frequent relocation, these mobile water treatment plants can be easily moved from one project site to another, ensuring flexibility for your water purification needs.
Fully Installed Systems: The container comes pre-installed with all electrical wiring, piping, and instrumentation needed for operation. Upon delivery, the system is ready for immediate use, eliminating the need for additional construction or setup work.
Protection from External Elements: For seawater applications or harsh environments, the containerized system is designed to protect the entire water treatment system from external factors like sunlight, wind, and physical damage.
Temperature Control and Insulation:
We understand that extreme temperatures can impact the performance of water treatment equipment. In regions with high temperatures (above 35-40°C), the temperature inside the container may rise significantly (up to 60-80°C). To address this, we offer insulation panels and air conditioning systems to regulate the temperature inside the container and ensure optimal performance of the system’s electrical components.
In colder climates, where temperatures may drop below freezing, we also offer insulation panels along with heating equipment to protect the system from low temperatures and prevent any damage to electrical parts.
